  • Support you in making the ultimate decision regarding your chosen home.
  • Inform you of the prices of comparable homes sold recently. - Advise on terms and important considerations related to the offer.
  • Prepare the purchase offer contract.

4. **Negotiating to Buy**

  • Present your offer to the seller.
  • Negotiate on your behalf through continuous dialogue, leveraging my experience and skills.
  • Provide insight on every conceivable concession.

5. **Vendor Selection and Coordination**

  • Offer guidance on selecting reputable vendors (lender, inspector, attorney, title company, contractor).
  • - Connect you with reliable, proven vendors who deliver quality service.
  • Coordinate vendor services to ensure a smooth progression toward closing.

6. **Closing**

  • Conduct a final walk-through of the property.
